Our Story
NextManagement was founded in 2021 after nearly a decade in the real estate industry. Over the years, we saw how many agents were stretched thin, balancing client relationships while managing the endless details behind every transaction.

We knew there had to be a better way. So we built one. NextManagement was designed to give agents and teams a complete backend solution, allowing them to plug into proven systems without the cost or complexity of hiring, training, or managing an in-house staff.
